Victoria's
inner harbour area is where tourists flock when visiting the Provincial
capital. The harbour, seen here from the landmark Empress Hotel,
was the gateway into British Columbia in the early 1800's. This
area was already settled for countless generations by the native
people of southern Vancouver Island.

Sunrise
